Birinyi has been a raging bull for over ten years now (very good) although one of his favorite stocks for this past year was CPQ (bad).

In my December 27,1999 edition of Forbes magazine (page 265) Lazlo Birinyi writes:"And this is no time to buy high flyers like Nokia and Cisco. They may continue to be strong, but the risk/reward factor is heavily tilted towards the risk".

Whatever that means...
