Banc of America analyst Rick Whittington said Wednesday he raised his price target on computer chip maker Analog Devices Inc.(NYSE:ADI - news) to $150 per share from $100 per share.

-- Said he raised fiscal year 2000 earnings per share to $2.32 from $2.20 and fiscal 2001 EPS to $3.30 from $3.25.

-- Reiterating his ``strong buy' rating on shares of Analog Digital, Whittington said he lifted estimates because of ``improved fundamental visibility.'

-- Said annual revenue growth for ADI should be at least 30 to 40 percent each of next five years, while ``rising secular margins will boost earnings far further.'
