Denver-- Your comments are exactly what is being said in the CC going on right now. You interpreted the press release correctly. BTW, I think a lot of investors will miss a key point in the CC. It's the fact that T is for real via their voice port orders. T annouced they were going to have 400,000-500,000 local phone customers in 2000. And ANTC verified T is on track for this figure via their orders. IMHO it's a significant statement. --MikeM(From Florida)

Well, we had a nice bounce off 24, currently around 30. But really the damage has been done, down from 50+ to 30. The tax loss aspect may be impacting the shares as well. I didn't average down, and I don't know if I will, there are other fish to fry... Tom
