You are right about name change, now that you mention it.
Maybe that's why they were so nice when we use to hear and read horror stories about WF customer service..We really liked the old Norwest group here..

I called again a few minutes ago and they were very co-operative.. Filed a claim.. Chances are the computer will drop the 5 bills tonight on it's own.. if not w/i 10 days.. I'm certain it's coming home.. If not I will think about it as a bad trade.. gg

Sounded like it wasn't the first time.. but the timing was kinda neat with Y2K looming.. I always take names on Customer service calls and write down times etc.. notes in other words..
