Did complain and quite publically. As to a Major buying into Islero well, many of us did complain and there were several interested parties who were turned down.HEC mgt said so at the time and were proud to be drilling the well 100% HEC, of course 70% of the Strain estimate of 10 billion bbls of oil on the Emerald Mt prospect were supposed to be on HEC's block according to reports publized by HEC mgt at that time.
