Would you post the link to the supposed buyout rumor, or at least which board and message#. Also have read here that tier has a connection with arba. could somebody here confirm that with the details.

yea probably started by some people like me up the the 12's I'm out of that one with a big loss, now I see its even gone into the 9's I wouldn't by it at this point with someone else's money
