Don't expect the free internet access thing to be much of anything. It can't meet the required margins, the services are tacky both technically and aesthetically, and there is more of a focus on broadband, anyway. Broadband won't ever be free, so there's no reason to "push" free phone access, since if you are - you're likely going to lose whatever "gains" you make from it over the next year. It's an interesting phenomenon that will wind up costing more than it's worth.
