Why use the doctrine of election the way you are? The gift of everlasting life is for "ALL" who believe and accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, both to the Jew and Gentiles alike. The Jews are not the elected ones. Jesus came for us all. Election is the sovereign act of God in grace whereby certain persons are chosen from among mankind for Himself. All that accept Him are chosen ones. Some will be elected for higher service (more crowns) in Heaven based on their deeds on earth, but, all who believe and accept him will make it there.

The rest of the Jews hated them.
