<<The problem is that most people have to have their prescriptions filled on a monthly basis, turning in their empty bottle for a new one. With most medications, people are prevented from accumulating a 60-90 supply by their pharmacist.>>

Ron: A friend of mine is on constant meds and agreed with this. However, he said his physician will advance the supply if my friend is traveling abroad, for instance, and was also willing to do so as a Y2K precaution. Nice to see common sense prevailing.

Figured I would pass this along...

I just spoke with a friend of mine whose sources are pretty impeccable.

I was advised that apparently the British Govt has taken its contingency planning to such an extreme that they have rented an ice rink in London just in case....

Anyone care to venture a guess as to why they would do this or why such an action would be part of a contingency plan assuming a worst case scenario?

Regards,

Ron
