Kenneth, I suggest digging deeply into the SEC filings on HEALD. . . you know that the D is for dilution. . . the company must hold that distinction following a reverse split. That explains the small float. . . in fact they had a 1-for-5 reverse split back in Feb of 1998 and just last week on Dec. 22 had another 1-for-5 reverse split.

If you were to have invested $1000.00 in HEALD 2 years ago, today you would have 20 shares at 4 bucks each. . . or $80. . . or a loss of 92%.

So as good as that press release looks. . . be sure to do your DD, so that you know all sides of the company. . . look especially at the history of the stock. . . you can usually see the future by studying the past.
