"Seems ridiculously low" I am very long Korea BUT if you stop looking at stock price and look at comparitive valuations then that statement is just plain not true. I think KOREA as a country economically will have super growth next year and even though it is valued at about the same a s the others they will really grow faster at first then the others. So much going for KOREA, as Japan.
