I am very long Korea BUT if you stop looking at stock price and look at comparitive valuations then that statement is just plain not true.

I think KOREA as a country economically will have super growth next year and even though it is valued at about the same a s the others they will really grow faster at first then the others. So much going for KOREA, as Japan.

BARBARA KOREA is the only stock I got suckered into holding from about 70$......today's move was cheap - but I hate being the guy selling to the MM just before the big run....

It is, Asia should have a strong 2000 recovery. Korea is hip to technology too.
Moves on KTC were i/net related.
