I haven't ordered anything from eToys yet.. but a friend ordered online and was very happy with the order - very professional. They upgraded his shipping for free - even to Hawaii. I would think that there are going to be problems this year because of the large increase in sales etc.. I think that's part of the reason the stock is down. I don't believe much of what people say online about the performance of delivery, especially if it's negative. Short sellers will say anything and they usually say if loudly. I'm looking for news on delivery. If eToys said something about how a large majority of orders were filled to satisfaction etc.. that would be a big positive. I think eToys can do well online against Amazon. There's always room for two. eToys should focus on Toys alone and hold the largest selection. They should work out contracts like Burger King with Pokemon to offer special deals to customers etc..
