Plus side is contracts for yr 2000 they alluded to. The inventory thing was known already....Resumed trading but no trades evident.

The company expects to conclude new revenue-generating strategic alliances by
the end of the fourth quarter ending Dec. 31 which should cover "much" of the
Oxandrin inventory-related shortfall.
