Steve, ideally, I like to find stocks that meet the TA and FA tests. Less surprises that way :-) Then the final necessary ingredient is a timely catalyst. When you got all 3, shake it or stir it, whatever your pleasure is. When you brought up INKP, my eyes popped.

I like LH, technically and fundamentally....just needs a catalyst. If we get a full blown biotech rally, could be the thing.

Steve, all buys on INKP. It's past my target price, but I can't let go :-) A 6k buy at 3 3/8 pushed the ask up to 3 7/16.
