Scumbrai. When Intel started it was the engineers dream. Open concept and all that involves. Now it has become large and structured. Some good employeyes stay and some leave. there is a tendency for the bad ones to accumulate and if there is not method of clearing that deadwood the company loses it's edge and has to constantly try to stay the best place for innovators to work. the problem is the deadwood does not want the innovators and the entrenched people Kodakify the place.
From what you say your friends think it is a good place to be. Are they innovative types, leaders etc?....or?
