Mary, Unfortunately, retail investors cannot exchange the shares in any easy manner that I'm aware of (if anyone els has info on the mechanics of the exchange, please let me know). If you buy on the TSE, you sell on the TSE is my understanding of the rule for Exchangeable Shares. It's different with other interlisted stocks like COR/CORL and NT. They are actually the same stock and can theoretically be sold on any exchange - although there are rules on those trades, but that's a different story. David
