Greg ,

I have 2 bad disks in my lower back and sit down for at least 12 hours a day . I use a Steelcase chair , they are the best , very firm back support. They dont make the model I have anymore , but I am sure that you can get a used one.

Hmmm. I see the problem now! I can hardly read this thread because there are so many posts, then I click on your people-mark and there are 180 new entries. I'd get mad if I hadn't followed your posts into so many good opportunities. I don't think you need a new chair, you need a vacation! Walk around the block for an hour!
