To answer you directly, I think B2B is no doubt a hype. I mean, c'mon, when people look at ORCL, they will likely judge the financial strength with licensing revenue etc. Calling Oracle 8i a B2B tool doesn't negate the fact that it is just another RDBMS! Is this overdone? I don't know. The street tends to do self-fulfilling things well. My portfolio, once littered with value stocks, has underperformed the market for the last 3 years; in fact, if it weren't for NT, it would still be in the red. So, I am definitely not a good *judge*
