The inexorable march of technology must have old world companies quaking in their boots. Telecomguy, didn't you say IP telephony will never take off? I think it is inevitable just as the convergence of voice & data is inevitable.

Zoltan, For the carrier space, this should benefit ITXC, IBAS, NT and LU (softswitch technology being used by level 3). In the enterprise, CSCO will dominate. COMS purchased a company in MA that CSCO had a partnership with but bypassed for better technology last year. The 3com acquisition has lost 70-80% of its employees....
