Thanks, Walter. The operative statement seems to be: "The Company indicated that it continues to hold exploratory discussions with biotechnology and pharmaceutical firms regarding the merger or sale of the Company."

I'm beginning to wonder whether somebody's tax situation has impacted the sale date of the company.
