I don't think anyone takes a comparison with QCOM seriously. I had mentioned it, not seriously, only because of today's action - which cried out to be mentioned somehow!

If my memory serves me, GNET has approximately 2,000,000 +/-shares of Commtouch(including warrants) at about $14.00/share.

Value as of 12:45 PM today = $96,000,000.00
