Page 15. The product has been produced and delivered. It is called "suspended particle devices." Hankuk is producing products with it. Hitachi Chemical and Dainippon are making commercial size quantities for licensees. Two other licensees are also actively engaged in making products. None of this was true 10 years ago. No licensee ever stated publicly their intent to commercialize until 1997. Commercialization began in 1997. For a history of REFR and why it "took so long" please reread my post on SI outlining what transpired.

Bill, predicting from the past is for fools.

OK. I now understand your position. You want to stay short in REFR indefinitely until it hits 9 or less.

Your loss.

Your arguments from the past are now irrelevant and I see no reason to rehash it. Following your reasoning, no stock would ever go above its 52 week high since it has never done so. Your attitude is not mathematically sound. Sounds more like wishful thinking. Unsound arguments don't convince people like me.

Bottom line. I believe that the 30 years with no profits was spent producing a product that is NOW ready. So, I do expect profits real soon and will be there. You, on the other hand, are open to an indefinitely large loss if you are wrong. Your choice.

Your basic premise is that it is a fraud. My evaluation is that it isn't. We both placed our bets. But, I submit I can place larger bets and keep this stock as high as I want and as long as I want until the news is out. I have help. How much interest are you willing to pay on your short position and for how long?
