The Company is currently seeking additional financing measures and an acquisition strategy to further explore these opportunities. Previously, it was engaged in the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of analytical instruments. The business of the Company focused upon the successful commercialization of two technologies: the Jaguar Time-of-Flight mass spectrometer and the CrossCheck resistivity monitor. It is currently in the process of disposing all prior operations. Effective March 31, 1999, Sensar completed the sale of its acoustics business to PCB Group, Inc.
