Sunny.

The four stocks in the chart I did - now I forget even why I made the chart, but that' typical for me these days - were i2, Siebel, Commerce One and Ariba.

i2 is the niche dominant player in the Supply Chain Management field. Siebel is the dominant player in the CRM application field. Commerce One and Ariba are two newer companies that are designed to used the benefits of the Internet for procurement in what is called the business to business transaction market. The short hand for this sector has been dubbed B2B.

We have been studying this space on this board and i2 has become an important player in certain types of procurement within the supply chain using B2B. Hence, my chart was probably something to do with returns for the four over the past year or two in regards to software companies we are watching and investing in.

I wish I could link you to the particular discussions in the previous 1111 messages, but I don't know exactly where they are. If you breeze through the 40 posts at a time to view the subject headings, you might be able to find some discussion on Siebel, i2, Commerce One and Ariba if you are interested.

All the best in 2000.
