Joseph L. Badaracco, Jr., Professor of Business Ethics at the Harvard Business School; Paul R. Charron, Chairman and CEO of Liz Claiborne Inc.; and Raymond J. Lane, President and COO of Oracle Corp. will lend their considerable insight and expertise to the direction of this fast moving organization. Joseph L. Badaracco, Jr. is a member of the Harvard Business School's General Management Area where he has taught courses on strategy, general management, business-government relations, and business ethics in the school's MBA and executive programs. Professor Badaracco's students, including the leaders of business and industry, are shaping commerce worldwide.
A former Rhodes Scholar and alumnus of both Oxford and Harvard Universities, Professor Badaracco has taught executive programs worldwide. In addition to his teaching, he has authored numerous books, including Business Ethics: Roles and Responsibilities and Defining Moments: When Managers Must Choose Between Right and Right. His books have been translated into eight languages. Another of his books, The Knowledge Link, a study of strategic alliances, was selected by Fortune as one of 1991's most outstanding works in management literature.

Mr. Paul R. Charron, Chairman and CEO, Liz Claiborne
Paul R. Charron became the chief executive officer of Liz Claiborne Inc. in May 1995 and chairman of the board in May 1996. Since joining Liz Claiborne, Mr. Charron has led a transformation that has resulted in record sales and earnings. Key elements of the transformation include extensively redesigned product lines, increased efficiency through process reengineering, enhanced consumer understanding via formal market research, and investments in technology that enable the Company to become more responsive to its customers and consumers.
