CBIS management now includes these savvy names.........Professor Joseph Badaracco of Harvard Business School; Paul Charron, Liz Claiborne CEO;
and Ray Lane, Oracle President and COO Join C-bridge Board of Directors

Cambridge, Mass. – September 30, 1999 – C-bridge, a rapidly emerging leader among
Internet-based business solution providers, today announced three milestone appointments to its
Board of Directors. Joseph L. Badaracco, Jr., Professor of Business Ethics at the Harvard Business
School; Paul R. Charron, Chairman and CEO of Liz Claiborne Inc.; and Raymond J. Lane, President
and COO of Oracle Corp. will lend their considerable insight and expertise to the direction of this fast
moving organization. The appointment of leaders of this caliber from high-tech, manufacturing and
marketing, and higher education dramatically underscores C-bridge's determination to become the
premier provider of Internet-based business solutions.

"These appointments are indicative of our holistic approach to e-business solutions and our ongoing
efforts to increase our interdisciplinary expertise," said Joe Bellini, president and CEO of C-bridge.
"These gentlemen are among the most talented, visionary leaders of today's business community
and their direction will enhance our ability to provide substantial business benefits to our clients."

Prof. Joseph L. Badaracco, Jr.

Joseph L. Badaracco, Jr. is a member of the Harvard Business School's General Management Area
where he has taught courses on strategy, general management, business-government relations, and
business ethics in the school's MBA and executive programs. Professor Badaracco's students,
including the leaders of business and industry, are shaping commerce worldwide.

A former Rhodes Scholar and alumnus of both Oxford and Harvard Universities, Professor Badaracco
has taught executive programs worldwide. In addition to his teaching, he has authored numerous
books, including Business Ethics: Roles and Responsibilities and Defining Moments: When
Managers Must Choose Between Right and Right. His books have been translated into eight
languages. Another of his books, The Knowledge Link, a study of strategic alliances, was selected
by Fortune as one of 1991's most outstanding works in management literature.

Professor Badaracco commented, "C-bridge's talent, track record, and momentum are extraordinary,
and I'm very excited about joining this team."

Mr. Paul R. Charron, Chairman and CEO, Liz Claiborne

Paul R. Charron became the chief executive officer of Liz Claiborne Inc. in May 1995 and chairman of
the board in May 1996. Since joining Liz Claiborne, Mr. Charron has led a transformation that has
resulted in record sales and earnings. Key elements of the transformation include extensively
redesigned product lines, increased efficiency through process reengineering, enhanced consumer
understanding via formal market research, and investments in technology that enable the Company
to become more responsive to its customers and consumers.

"To succeed in business today, the Internet cannot be ignored. I am delighted to become associated
with C-bridge, a company that is leading the way and helping clients develop real, effective Internet
solutions," said Mr. Charron. "Apparel is the next leading e-commerce category and one that calls
for perspective linking technology with merchandising and marketing. I look forward to working with
the C-bridge board and management."

Mr. Raymond J. Lane, President and COO, Oracle Corp.

Mr. Lane's participation complements the existing relationship between C-bridge and Oracle Corp. In
June the two companies entered into a strategic alliance to offer global clients a comprehensive suite
of services for delivering Internet-based business solutions based on C-bridge's RAPID Value™
Methodology. The partnership gives clients access to the combined expertise of the C-bridge and
Oracle consultants and application development specialists. Oracle is also a sponsor of the
Executive Seminar Series that C-bridge offers in conjunction with Cambridge Executive Enterprises,
which is designed to teach senior business executives how to develop, maintain, and support
Internet-based applications and strategies.

Mr. Lane joined Oracle in 1992. He helped lead Oracle's landmark growth since then, from $1 billion
in 1992 to $9 billion in its last 12 months, by establishing dominance in the database market and
growing Oracle's application and professional services business to its current leading market
position.

"For businesses to succeed in the new economy, it is absolutely essential that they have a solid
Internet strategy and the right partner to make it a reality," said Ray Lane. "I have worked closely
with C-bridge

during the past year and have been consistently impressed by their exceptional ability to understand
the needs of their clients, guide them through the delivery of comprehensive solutions, and effect real
business transformation. I am pleased to join C-bridge in this business revolution as a member of its
Board."

EDIG looking real strong today. I think this is the reason:
From Clearstation From : chisel Dec 28 1999 12:50AM
Title : EDIG PREDICTION

Back to where is COUNTS
The countdown is 7 trading days before CES in Las Vegas, Jan 6. My Belief is there will be a PR in which EDIG will be of MAJOR significance. At this point, this will be the match that lights our candle. My thinking is it will come next Monday, January 3 sometime in the morning EST. This will be the announcement which will take EDIG into CES and that in which the price will appreciate significantly.

I am BETTING my money on it.

Predictions, and how they turn out is better than squaking about address's being posted. Maybe we can all take a turn at what we think rather than pissing and moaning, Bob, about how people are going to be comming at us, better make sure we got all the walls up and we are safe, sure sounds like an attorney talking. Of course we all know predictions are like craps, a 50/50 chance of being right, but then that is why gambling is fun and investing in the stock market is a sure winner, if you believe that last line I have a bridge to sell you.
