have to agree - not a bad deal for where BFM is at now. They can't raise much cash at .15 w/o a lot of dilution. Get one of the properties to make some $$ that they can put into the other projects. These guys always seem to be looking for the ways to get going - but roadblks appear. The PDG deal has been in the works for some time and hopefully they can push them a bit so that they can get some cash outta it before they die trying.
