Win, UCOMA is undervalued when you consider UCOMA's stake in UPCOY and UPCOY's current share price. You are basically getting UCOMA's Latin America assets (which ends up being around 3.5 million households unitedglobal.com) for free. The recent UCOMA joint venture with MSFT and LMG.A is an encouraging point in that those two partners usually have their sights set on bigger and broader prizes. So in that respect, its good to know that UCOMA is in with "the right crowd" so to speak.

Betting on UCOMA also means betting on the future of cable as a full service communications medium. I believe in cable's future, as does T with its $100+ billion cable spending spree. I think the prospects of UCOMA (to a lesser extent these days due to relative price & mkt cap in comparison to GLCBY) and cable/bandwidth going into '00 are akin to DELL and the PC going into the early '90s.

Again, as I eluded to above, I think there is slightly more long term growth with GLCBY than with UCOMA...but then again, a feast is a feast.

Take care.
