To Buy Softbank :

SDTBF is traded on the Nekkei. It is #9984 on their exchange. You need to call your broker's global investing desk to purchase shares. Sold in minimum 100 share lots - by some brokers.

I have an account with Schwab and I know Merrill Lynch handles SFTBF also. With ML I believe you can get less than 100 share lots. Hope this helps.
