Departure of TERN spy from CableLAbs to TERN as CTO indicates that he was in sharp disagreement with Cablelabs board member. Finally someone publicly disclosed that TERN is just house of cards. Even with all manipulation which has been mentioned in WSJ CMTO without certification until December 1999 ( thanks to TERN spy) was managed to have better revenue and better balance sheets!!!. The most interesting is that the WSJ on TERN just confirmed what has been debated on this board for many months. Zbyslaw
