PILOT PLANT completed, running AND PRODUCING!! GO !!!! No not gpgi, it is THE first wine making kit: <<<Should have the first brew after just a little fine tuning the process. We are proud to say that the wine is in the glass. After carefully squeezing the grape into sludge we realized there was wine in the grape. We have a bottling company that has agreed to take our sludge and deliver the cases by truck. We also ordered a bigger keg to hold more wine. That should take 8 weeks. So I raise the glass to all and say "cheers, 2000 will be the year we make a drop of wine!">>> ;-o
