Didn't catch the analyst's name, but during a story on companies doing Y2K consulting, CATP was mentioned as an example of a business which should not decline due to lowered Y2K spending after Jan 1. The main reason cited was their strong talent pool which was being applied to e-biz and the new retention program. This growth will more than offset any Y2K spending decline and will in fact allow stronger growth.
