Sorry to be so long to reply to your offer, First, but I've been running the numbers. Here's what I came up with as a counter proposal: Since you are willing to dump your shares at 17.5, 4+ below the expected mid-year value, and since we are now about 2 points below your intended sale price, I figure we can split the difference, and when PAIR hits 19, I'll buy your entire position for 16 3/4. Then, if/when it hits 22, I'll let you buy it back for only 23 1/2, so you will have your price exceeded on both sides of the trade. Now, is that a fair deal, or what? jim
