CMTO supplies TCI in McKeesport, PA, and according to Mr. Fenner, regions are fairly autonomous. Bodes well for CMTO.

AT&T Cable Services is investing $40 million in the City of Pittsburgh, and $300 million
in the region to deploy an upgraded fiber-optic based cable system

With more and more cable infrastructure been upgraded, there will be no need for TERN so call "superior technology".

Mr. Zakib should be more involved in Washington. He is very talented politician.
