FCCN stock alert: Looks very hot

************ Trading Stock - FCCN *************

Frontline Communications is an Internet service
provider that offers ``dial-up' Internet access.
Services provided include electronic mail, world
wide web sites and regional and local information
and data services.

Revenues for the period increased 501% to $744,167
compared with revenues of $123,799 for the three
months ended September 30, 1998. Revenues for the
nine months ended September 30, 1999, increased
483% to $2,159,585, compared with revenues of
$369,972 for the nine months ended September 30,
1998. Losses increased as the company continues
to spend heavily on development and marketing
to increase their market share and subscriber
base. This plan is working very well as witnessed
by the huge revenue growth. Frontline continues to
expand its business, positioning itself to become
a leading provider of high quality internet services
to specific niche markets.

Technically this stock is almost identical to FLAS
which gave us quite a nice trade. The Bollinger
Bands are converging indicating upside pressure is
building and the weekly MACD has just flashed a
major buy signal. Stochastics is climbing strongly
and the stock looks ready to pop. The recent strength
in ISP stocks should begin to move into the secondary
stocks like FCCN and I see very good opportunies
here for a nice trade especially considering the
very low float of 2.5 million shares.

Strong Trading Buy with a short-term target of 8 - 10.
Longer term target is 15.
