IDC thought MOT ruling was tossed on appeal... the lay jurors were the ones that originally declared the patents unenforcable... the recent ruling threw out their verdict... MOT owes too...

Yeah, IDC can't go back after MOT -- a lay jury ruled in favor of MOT a couple years ago.
MOT big lawyers, uninformed-non-technical jury, and little IDC.
BTW Q paid IDC a flat fee for using 2G technology -- IDC needed the money. But now I think IDC will play differently and all will have to pay as they go with 3G.
Big $$ for IDC.
BTW Ericy would be smart to settle out of court and work with IDC going forward. We'll see.
