Company (OTC Bulletin Board: BGOC) is pleased to confirm the
consummation of the previously announced agreement to acquire forty
percent (40%) of the licenses, contracts and revenues of the retail
cellular telephone, pager and wireless communications operations and
services of Getmore Communications, headquartered in Oklahoma City.

Getmore's principals, Ron L. Baker and Gary Keith Duke, have conveyed
this ownership interest to BroadBand Wireless Communications Corp.
(formerly BroadCom Communications Corp.) of Oklahoma City. BroadBand
has further sold, transferred and conveyed its forty percent (40%)
interest to Black Giant Oil Company for stock on December 28, 1999.

Getmore currently owns and operates ten (10) retail stores in
accordance with its agreements with Voice Stream as an authorized
dealer, in cities in Oklahoma and Texas.

At the time of the previous announcement, Getmore owned and operated
three (3) retail stores in Oklahoma. Seven (7) new retail locations
have been opened subsequent to the November 2, 1999 announcement,
