Connecticut was very pleasant, extended family style. The one plus with all the deaths recently is that the extended family is drawing closer. I still don't know what I am doing for New Year's Eve. I must say, your plans sound lovely, the kind of quiet celebration I have often enjoyed. BTW, thanks for noting that next year we look forward to the true millennium. I've been feeling like such a deadly purist of late on the subject. LOL!
