Look DoubleD the whole basis of hedging is that they borrow the gold from Central Banks sell it into the spot market and use the proceeds to fund other investments that earn them more than the cost of leasing the gold. If you don't understand the most basic of principles talking to you is a little pointless. And before you die perhaps it would be helpful to learn just because you don't understand something does not necessarily mean the other person doesn't.If it did mankind clearly would have never made any progress.
