On the 23 of December they added 4 and 5 day, now they realized it was to short and extended the same if not more.

I wish they would also say how much they added to the system.

Can somebody explain to me how these repos work? Also, what is the significance of the percentage rate mentioned in the articles (note the big drop in the past couple of days).
