Jefe, i'm confused. Apparently the transfer agent gives the issued and outstanding as 42,026,052, and say that since they keep no records of warrants and options they would not be included in that figure. This is third-hand but related by a person who does not get stuff wrong much. The person who answered the phone was the one who gave the number, i don't know if it might be better defined by asking up the line. Pacific Corporate Trust 1.604.689.98.53

Also i hear Rock's website says 38 point something millions issued or outstanding ... or maybe 39 point something, can't remember. The spanish is appreciated, btw.

I've been using Stockwatch's figures from their bulletins for the outstanding, and i know better, they get it wrong a lot. As i define the term "issued and outstanding", it does not include warrants and options, which when added give a "fully diluted" figure by my calculations. It would be nice if we could all agree on what these things mean, eh.
