This reseller agreement enhances the marketing agreement the two companies announced in November 1998. It also reflects a major step in Xerox' recently announced digital document strategy to grow revenues in this area, with a goal of having half its revenues generated through integrated software/hardware solutions. Under terms of the agreement, Xerox will resell INSCI's products initially within North America, with planned future expansion to other geographies.
