I bought more OS today so they will likely call again as that is another acct. Well I just did my part as well to see that this deal goes through. I just purchased 3000 OS at 2.55$CDN (equivalent to 1057 JAWZ at approximately 5.00$US). As soon as I got confirmation of sale I immediately called the broker and told them to make sure they were tendered. What happens if the required 90% isn't tendered by Jan 4th, would it be extended or would these OS shares be virtually worthless if it falls through. Why is it that they have to have 90% anyway? Wouldn't 51% be enough to take effective control? Robin
