Technical rebound is in progress. When SME got delisted, three market makers on the OTC, started trading. None of them has inventory. So, the stock traded down from the NYSE's last close.
Now it seems the tax loss season is almost over, the market maker has to pay 8.1 cents (0.1 cent above bid) per share to buy 150,000 shares in one trade, last hour of trading today. If they can buy more at this level, 300% move is coming.
On the other hand, why should it stop at 300%, 1000% is possible.
Reason is this bankruptcy is DIP. Company is trustee. Bank consortium is owed up to $750 million. SMC owned the banks. Economy is helping SMC, income per capita is improving. Better quality goods will be more in demand. Stockholders can help the banks to get SMC profitable by a plan.
To read the plan to rescue SMC quickly, check this board later.

My "guess" is that they don't make it...they're too far behind the eight ball at this point...too bad, I like the store...the only chance they've got is to somehow make the jewelry business a going operation but I don't know how...
