Petz,Nearly all of the mainstay Apple graphics programs are made for Wintels now. All they need to do is make a Mac skin for win98, hell you can download one now, and make your system resemble a Mac. Apple will be able to do a better job of it. Years ago they had a dark project to do this, but is was shelved.. now is the time. they have broken faith with their people and changed platforms before. All they need to do is make a deal with the software writers to allow tradeins of PPC version of whatever to Wintel versions. Not as bad as it looks, and they can probably charge a reduced fee. One fine day the PPC...series will end. their share keeps dropping and is now below the resource base to fund G4 successor chips and they will soon be the only people who want them. Apple are well under 3%, and are marginally profitable,but if you believe them they will soon rule the world. Once the access the accessory base of the Wintels, they may well do better? but then they are just another Wintel....sho will support their urge for large margins. they must go totally direct to pull it off.
