Rob,

Finally got the paper. Just a nice overview. Kind of a negative tone in my estimation as it discusses the past inventory problem. But fortunately the numbers don't lie and it quotes first call estimates of $1.71 for 2000 and $2.27 for 2001. Also quotes Lavin as stating that the company has more business than he can "shake a stick at".

Also read CL King's report published on 12/17/99 which stated that business was "good" and that they were comfortable with estimates.

Now I had better go and pick up my wife's Christmas gift which is finally ready.

Happy New Year and may ACTM experience the same annual return next year as it has this.

Rob,

I have some recent concerns. SLR and SANM announced that
they purchased Alactel facilities. Does that jeopardize
ACTM's relationship with ALA which I think was a major
theme for growth this year. Also, Premisys sold some of
itself to SLR. Premisys was and I think is a customer of
ACTM. These two developments show the vulnerability of
a company of ACTM's size. Just too small. Of course this
is a concern not a conclusion. Perhaps these are non-events
and ACTM is pursuing its strategy without problems from
competitors like SLR.
