Sure it did. AMD continues to cost INTC incremental revenues and profits.
I can only hope that AMD's competition has the same effect on Q that it had on INTC:

I totally agree with you, however, that this company has a lot of risk, so does investing in gold, except the returns are not as good :-)

Risk is why I also bought some Feb puts to protect my downside. No one should invest in any company, particularly a high flyer such as this one, without realizing that it will correct, perhaps severely, at least once over the next year.
