MEES cites 84% compliance ... OPEC Output Down 70,000 B/d In Nov Vs Month Earlier -MEES MANAMA, Bahrain -- The total crude oil production of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries fell by 70,000 barrels a day in November, while compliance by the 10 member countries (excluding Iraq) that are participating in OPEC output cutbacks was around 84%, slightly up from the previous month's level of about 83%, according to a market survey by the weekly newsletter Middle East Economic Survey.
