Glad to hear I'm not alone!!

I agree with you that this error appears to be a Netscape compatibility issue, because the error message that I am getting is an "Internet Explorer Script Error".

Also, the coincidence that this problem began last Monday when Quote.com changed their website cannot be overlooked!!

Yes, I've now had a few reports of this. We're trying to track down this now, but until we do please use IE.

I use Netscape 4.6 exclusively on both machines. Hate Internet Exploder! I have no issues whatsoever with my browser or with Live Charts, Q-Charts, or Q-Link. Having monitored this thread for a long time, I am convinced that the issues are bandwidth issues. This does not mean that it is at either end (customer or Quote.com) but that the pipe between them is somewhere being clogged up. Many areas of the country have serious internet backbone issues (particularly Sprint dominated areas). Everyone would like to resolve the issues by waving a magic wand or just connecting to another server, but if the pipe is clogged, the dataflow will be delayed. Most good realtime services have ping programs built in and when throughput slows beyond a predetermined threshhold, the quote provider searches for another server who can (hopefully) better handle the throughput. This is the reason that I have repeatedly suggested using different ISP's who direct Internet traffic through different "backbones" of the net. Your computer may be fine, your ISP may be fine, Quote.com's servers may be fine (or 90 plus percent of servers working well) and there may still be dataflow issues because the particular stretch of "super highway" your data is travelling may be experiencing a traffic jam. If you download Neo Trace (free) or some of the other ping programs which have been mentioned on this thread, you will clearly be able to identify and document exactly which hops (nodes) are experiencing delays, and to what degree. You will be able to prove exactly where the problem lies. If it is Quote.com (which I seriously doubt) you will be able to print a report which clearly shows that. With that kind of evidence, I am sure that QC's customer service department will gladly refund any monies paid for services they failed to deliver.
