Hi Truff:

On EGRP I'd guess the selling pressure on the stock could be from Softbank. Just a guess but to obtain the merger approval I'd assume they'd have had to lower their ownership in EGRP. You may have weakness until that selling is over. Not sure when it will end but once it does the stock should be fine. May be rought if you have Jan calls and the selling is not done. Of course if the sellin is done earlier then the calls could be very profitable.

Just a guess on my part.
