The reason MSFT invested in CTCH is because CTCH uses NT. Incontrast CPTH uses Unix for serving its clients. More than the technology I like the business of CPTH. In my opinion the opportunity is so huge no one company can serve everyone. The reason I am invested in CPTH is because it is the leader in this space and it is just getting started. Also as I mentioned in one of the earlier mails, Two best minds on Internet Bill Gurley and Mark Anderson have eulogised CPTH and have never heard them saying anything about CTCH. Hope this helps.
